Attached is the Funds Flow on Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC Bank) (HKSE: 1398). Banks in Hong Kong will help to push the Hang Seng Index towards 40,000 points. The banks' rally party in China and Hong Kong had just started only (worldwide banks to continue to super rally). It is a buyers' market now. Sellers' market used to be going strong, but from the black lined Funds Flow Inflexion area, it had gradually weakened to zero net outflow while prices are suppressed and since the flip to become Buyers' Market, the upmove in price actions are getting more impulsive. Financial markets are Bullish, not Bearish.
