Market Consolidation: 3 March 2017

Market Consolidation before Resumption of Further Rally

3 March 2017:
Generally, March of 2017 may be a month of healthy correction and consolidation after the bulls had run up in January and February. If you are looking to buy stocks, use 4-hourly RSI(14) oversold to time the comeback boat for your investment re-accumulation strategy or trading re-accumulation strategy for buying of dips. If you are over-leveraged, you may like to lighten slightly. During correction, markets like to hide into safe stocks, defensive stocks and dividend stocks including Reits for 3 weeks to a month. Hot monies will be using this month to do fearful shake-out so as to rotate into Asia.

Markets all over the world are currently of the following structure:

Immediate term:
Correction

Short term:
Correction/Consolidation

Mid term:
Uptrend

Long term:
Uptrend

You have what it takes to outperform me, believe in yourself.

MARKET ANALYSIS UPDATE: 21 January 2015, Wednesday, 10.11pm Singapore Time

MARKET ANALYSIS UPDATE:

Major shorts squeeze coming for Euro shorts. Swiss Francs will continue its strong upmove. US markets will have correction together with USD. US stocks and USD have changed dynamics. Both are now bundled up and had moved together in the same direction starting in 2H-2014. This generally means a healthy US economy, so any corrections in US markets are healthy ones. USD will be correcting down for my Gold to rally. Everything is in place, synchronised. High Frequency Trading Algorithms in Wall Street will carry on to execute these synchronous moves for around 1 Quarter or at most 2 Quarters.

All of these moves are in contrary to public popular beliefs of where markets are supposed to move.
