Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA): 20 December 2019

Daily Chart of Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA):
20 December 2019
(Click on Technical Chart above to Expand)

Attached is the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) updated technicals which refuse to go down even on any bad news. Market has proven me wrong. Market-makers seem to be in full control. Hence, I am cutting losses on trying to trade a fake break-up since the break-up of the US markets' critical resistances have been proven real (no bad news can shake the break). I am wrong this time in trying to outsmart the market. I am bullish of US markets and the rest of the world, however I remain bearish on Hong Kong market. Today marks a confirmation day for US strength on the breakup of such highly critical resistance.

Attached is the updated Technicals for Dow Jones Industrial Average. The first brown circled region is my December 2018 live fore-warnings to buy on the fear while everyone shorted, sold or called to exit the markets. I had forewarned of hyper rallies when the 95% herd were filled with fear. DJIA has now rallied more than 5000 points per contract since my forewarned analyses. The 2nd circled regions were my reiteration to keep buying even when we entered into 1st two weeks of January 2019. Markets have since buoyed beyond my buy points. The DJIA has now further broken up the orange resistance, even making 2 weeks of backtests for this breakup. Refer to technical chart to know what this means. The breakup confirmation has also been achieved last week. Most people had been bearish and shorting equity markets right now. All the more better.

Hang Seng Index & Dow Jones Industrial Index as Reflection of Worldwide Markets: 7 May 2019, Tuesday, 1.33am Singapore Time

Hang Seng Index & Dow Jones Industrial Index as Reflection of Worldwide Markets:
7 May 2019, Tuesday, 1.33am Singapore Time

Attached above is the Technicals for Hong Kong Hang Seng Index reflecting price actions at the Chinese side. The First Brown Circled Region is where the backtest guarantees that Hang Seng Index will hit a Price Target at 45,000 points to 50,000 points. In contrary to the herd's logic, the US Trade War actually secures Bull Market Confirmations -- this is a technical concept that goes against the logic of the herd (refer to technical chart above to fully understand the real macro picture). Major negotiations and re-negotiations between China and the US are not to be viewed bearishly.

Hang Seng Index Target is 45000-50000 points (refer to chart technicals of 20000 points upside) after this round of fearful backtest of support as illustrated.

Now on the US side, the Dow Jones Industrial had 4 previous extraordinarily high volumes. To the layman, they would had thought that these were selling volumes. If you had mastered the concept of the Super Root of All Funds Flow and combined it with the volumes as above, all 4 volumes above are high RED volumes of absorption and high Green volumes of deliberated buying from the sell queues of the herd done by smart monies worldwide (using fear). There is a reason why Warren Buffett continues buying the markets, including crude oil stocks such as Occidental Petroleum. The markets' upside remain huge as illustrated by the HSI as an example. US markets are much stronger than Chinese and HK markets. As for DJIA, it will backtest the double-black band of resistance-turned-supports which had already been broken out upwards, following which it would make confirmation as illustrated on technical chart, and proceed to make all time new highs upon the backtest. This would be IN SYNC WITH THE SUPER ROOT OF ALL FUNDS FLOW THAT GUARANTEES NO BEAR MARKET, ONLY MORE NON-STOPPING HISTORICAL NEW HIGHS TO COME.

Logarithmic Chart of DJIA: 21 December 2018, Friday

Logarithmic Chart of DJIA: 21 December 2018, Friday

Attached is the Logarithmic Chart of DJIA. The shaded regions are recession years. If you apply a pattern recognition of the shaded regions, in the past 100 years till now, it is getting harder and harder to get into recession. Australia is the classic example of such an expansionary phase. As too many people are pointing to breakdown charts, please allow me to post some breakup charts. The DJIA has previously broken up the super-resistance as indicated. Investors of stock market need not be overly panic. Remain calm and composed, like Warren Buffett. There is a reason why Buffett scooped up bank stocks some time ago and Apple Stocks a few months ago. In all my triangulation of all asset classes, Buffett is 100% correct.

Attached is the Technicals for The Dow Jones Industrial Average Index (The DJIA). I am calling for a pre-mature end to the US market correction as US markets are the strongest in the world. I am starting to slowly re-accumulate DJIA Longs again -- using the treacherous back-test highlighted in the confluence of green and black circled region as my pivot for longing. I am adding (averaging up) a batch of longs at 24512.7 points to my portfolio of DJIA longs, collected cheaply in 2016 and 2017 (received dividends periodically from these longs as well -- refer to past live analyses). Read in depth and understand the series of green circles, blue circles and black circles and you will gain skills, application knowledge, and wisdom in reading the market differently from the naive herd.

Attached above is the latest development in Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), giving a glimpse of general equity market conditions in the US. Based on the current short term wave that is being formed, this wave's target is tentatively at 23321-23806 pts band to end the US correction. This will coincide with a double bottom, forcing the smoothed MA in blue to backtest yet again the green support cloud formed by the 50MA and 200MA. While Asia Markets and Emerging Markets are trying to bottom out, the US is merely doing a late retarded correction (catch-up correction) as a signal that it is the strongest market in the world. Seems like the US equity markets would not like to see a Trump-victory for the upcoming US midterm election, preferring to rain and drench the Republicans and making the rain more like sweet dew for the Democrats.

There is just one main point to note in this analysis -- The Green Circled Regions. Notice what happens each time the Green Circled Region is executed? Each time there will be some major bullish event reported in the international newspapers, not long after the price actions did their job in the green regions. And the markets are seeing another green region formed recently now.

Attached is the DJIA, S&P500, NASDAQ, Commodities and Crude Oil (5-In-1) Technicals presented as One Chart. As per the characteristics which I had taught all along (that the NASDAQ and Tech are always the most leading indicators in market cycles and that the Singapore market is the most honest indicator in the world reflecting global economic health), the NASDAQ Composite leads once again. It has broken the key resistance of its large rounding bottom of re-accumulation and backtested the key resistance-turned-support at 7500 points successfully. This means world markets (including laggard DJIA and S&P500) to rally sharply soon. Commodities have also completed their backtesting and confirming their uptrend supports in yellow (refer chart) and ready to resume the next large wave up. All expected trajectories are in green.

The Donovan Norfolk Technical Rating of Worldwide Markets:
Bullish.
Long Term Bull Market, and Long Term Uptrends Successfully Confirmed.

The DJIA is doing a rounding bottom of re-accumulation. In addition, in case you do not know, in the world of hedge funds, it is common knowledge that if we are in bear market or to go into bear market, during index correction you will not see commodity indices so strong and resilient. If we are to enter into bear market, commodities will had fallen below April 2018 level. Below are 5 commodity charts for inter-market triangulation.

Fools are those who buy the story of bear market when US Bull Market is just at the halfway-mark only -- with commodities and crude oil going to take over the next phase of the bull market rally soon.
(90% of the market herd could even know a bear market before it comes, and could even have time to warn one another to get out -- a bear market does not work this way).

Attached above is the Technicals for Dow Jones Industrial Average. It has broken up the extremely large symmetrical triangle of consolidation in black. A large break-up in price structure yields a large price move up. This means DJIA will begin to move beyond the highest high of the triangle. The next target will now be a break-up of 26705.6 points. The next long term target will be 30,000 points for the Dow Jones Industrial Avg Index. DJIA is currently attempting to do a short term backtest at the light green support zone. Once this current back-test of resistances-turned-supports conclude soon, it will brew for a breakout of 26705.6 points. Buy on dips. Markets are very bullish with high upside ahead.

Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA): 15 September 2017, Friday 4.49pm Singapore Time

Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA):
15 September 2017, Friday 4.49pm Singapore Time

Attached above is the technicals for Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA). The lowest support formed at 21837.5 points by the short term yellow band of resistance-turned-support will be the 1st layer of support for the launchpad of further upmove. The light orange classical line of resistance-turned support will be the 2nd layer of support to be used for more upmoves. The dark orange is also a 3rd resistance-turned-support. There are now triple resistances-turned-supports in the Blue Zone. Expect more upmoves. There are too many bearish amoebas in the financial markets and markets are flooded with amoebas now. This is good for launching rallies to catch market majority with a surprise element. Bullish bias. US will continue to be leader in worldwide economies and lead in worldwide financial markets.
