Hang Seng Index & Dow Jones Industrial Index as Reflection of Worldwide Markets: 7 May 2019, Tuesday, 1.33am Singapore Time

Hang Seng Index & Dow Jones Industrial Index as Reflection of Worldwide Markets:

Attached above is the Technicals for Hong Kong Hang Seng Index reflecting price actions at the Chinese side. The First Brown Circled Region is where the backtest guarantees that Hang Seng Index will hit a Price Target at 45,000 points to 50,000 points. In contrary to the herd's logic, the US Trade War actually secures Bull Market Confirmations -- this is a technical concept that goes against the logic of the herd (refer to technical chart above to fully understand the real macro picture). Major negotiations and re-negotiations between China and the US are not to be viewed bearishly.

Hang Seng Index Target is 45000-50000 points (refer to chart technicals of 20000 points upside) after this round of fearful backtest of support as illustrated.

Now on the US side, the Dow Jones Industrial had 4 previous extraordinarily high volumes. To the layman, they would had thought that these were selling volumes. If you had mastered the concept of the Super Root of All Funds Flow and combined it with the volumes as above, all 4 volumes above are high RED volumes of absorption and high Green volumes of deliberated buying from the sell queues of the herd done by smart monies worldwide (using fear). There is a reason why Warren Buffett continues buying the markets, including crude oil stocks such as Occidental Petroleum. The markets' upside remain huge as illustrated by the HSI as an example. US markets are much stronger than Chinese and HK markets. As for DJIA, it will backtest the double-black band of resistance-turned-supports which had already been broken out upwards, following which it would make confirmation as illustrated on technical chart, and proceed to make all time new highs upon the backtest. This would be IN SYNC WITH THE SUPER ROOT OF ALL FUNDS FLOW THAT GUARANTEES NO BEAR MARKET, ONLY MORE NON-STOPPING HISTORICAL NEW HIGHS TO COME.

Logarithmic Chart of DJIA: 21 December 2018, Friday

Logarithmic Chart of DJIA: 21 December 2018, Friday

Attached is the Logarithmic Chart of DJIA. The shaded regions are recession years. If you apply a pattern recognition of the shaded regions, in the past 100 years till now, it is getting harder and harder to get into recession. Australia is the classic example of such an expansionary phase. As too many people are pointing to breakdown charts, please allow me to post some breakup charts. The DJIA has previously broken up the super-resistance as indicated. Investors of stock market need not be overly panic. Remain calm and composed, like Warren Buffett. There is a reason why Buffett scooped up bank stocks some time ago and Apple Stocks a few months ago. In all my triangulation of all asset classes, Buffett is 100% correct.

DJIA, S&P500, NASDAQ, Commodities and Crude Oil (5-In-1) Technicals: 14 July 2018, Saturday, 4.50pm Singapore Time

DJIA, S&P500, NASDAQ, Commodities and Crude Oil (5-In-1) Technicals:
14 July 2018, Saturday, 4.50pm Singapore Time
(Click on Technical Chart above to Expand)

Attached is the DJIA, S&P500, NASDAQ, Commodities and Crude Oil (5-In-1) Technicals presented as One Chart. As per the characteristics which I had taught all along (that the NASDAQ and Tech are always the most leading indicators in market cycles and that the Singapore market is the most honest indicator in the world reflecting global economic health), the NASDAQ Composite leads once again. It has broken the key resistance of its large rounding bottom of re-accumulation and backtested the key resistance-turned-support at 7500 points successfully. This means world markets (including laggard DJIA and S&P500) to rally sharply soon. Commodities have also completed their backtesting and confirming their uptrend supports in yellow (refer chart) and ready to resume the next large wave up. All expected trajectories are in green.

The Donovan Norfolk Technical Rating of Worldwide Markets:
Bullish.
Long Term Bull Market, and Long Term Uptrends Successfully Confirmed.

(Click on Technical Chart above to Expand)

Attached above is the Technicals for Dow Jones Industrial Average. It has broken up the extremely large symmetrical triangle of consolidation in black. A large break-up in price structure yields a large price move up. This means DJIA will begin to move beyond the highest high of the triangle. The next target will now be a break-up of 26705.6 points. The next long term target will be 30,000 points for the Dow Jones Industrial Avg Index. DJIA is currently attempting to do a short term backtest at the light green support zone. Once this current back-test of resistances-turned-supports conclude soon, it will brew for a breakout of 26705.6 points. Buy on dips. Markets are very bullish with high upside ahead.

Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA): 15 September 2017, Friday 4.49pm Singapore Time

Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA):
15 September 2017, Friday 4.49pm Singapore Time

Attached above is the technicals for Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA). The lowest support formed at 21837.5 points by the short term yellow band of resistance-turned-support will be the 1st layer of support for the launchpad of further upmove. The light orange classical line of resistance-turned support will be the 2nd layer of support to be used for more upmoves. The dark orange is also a 3rd resistance-turned-support. There are now triple resistances-turned-supports in the Blue Zone. Expect more upmoves. There are too many bearish amoebas in the financial markets and markets are flooded with amoebas now. This is good for launching rallies to catch market majority with a surprise element. Bullish bias. US will continue to be leader in worldwide economies and lead in worldwide financial markets.

Attached is the technicals for the US Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA).
Markets are supported by the black band support and orange band support to signal long term resumption of upmove. Markets are bullish-biased. Remain bullish in stocks and equities worldwide.
A trading strategy is to buy as 3 batches:
1. One batch at 20600 points
2. One batch 20957 points
3. One batch at 20780 points

Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA): 19 October 2016, Wednesday, 10.30am Singapore Time

Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA):
19 October 2016, Wednesday, 10.30am Singapore Time

Testing successfully deep into 200 weeks moving average to confirm the sustainability of a long term uptrend.
Testing of 50 weeks moving average as support has been successful in 2016 and negated shortists' attempts to turn the 50 weeks moving average as resistance. Markets want another big wave up.
Absorption of selling in a 2000-point range was detected; DJIA was then resisted at 18,000 points before it stood above 18,000 points; from the 18,000 point mark, market signals that it intends to rally beyond way 20,000 points for the Dow Jones Industrial Avg. To rally beyond 21000 points is a also guarantee based on the volume flow. Stock markets all over the world are to be hyper bullish for the rest of 2016 and 2017. Rising boats are not to be missed.

DNA Technical Rating:
【Worldwide stock markets to have synchronized super rally in 2H-2016 and 2017.】

Dow Jones Industrial Index (DJIA):
5 January 2016, Tuesday, 8.52am Singapore Time

Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) will execute a move that will create an historic all time new high in 2016. Target in the short-mid term is 19500-19750. This move by the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index will shake out all the shorts and slaughter many weak bears in the short-mid term.

DJIA awaiting a healthy correction

Breakdown, if any, will occur at the apex of the wedge, rendering the breakdown unreliable.
US markets are one of the very few markets in the world to maintain a bullish stance. DJIA price structure, as above, is warning that any sharp correction, when it comes, may not negate its long term bull market.

Expected correction:
around -2000 points

Donovan Norfolk Technical Rating:
Mid Term Correction Expected
Long Term Still Uptrend

Dow Profits all taken; Facebook partial profits taken

Latest Update:

Dow trailing-sells all auto triggered and profits taken at 12550 and 12540 points at around 6pm (Singapore Time) as per mentioned in the afternoon 2.41pm (Singapore Time) that I will be selling away my longs. Could had earned much more from Dow last week but didn't; but money in the pocket is definitely warm and nice.

Facebook partial profits taken at $32.90. Keeping the rest for the longer term. After locking some profits on Facebook, current holding average holding price for Facebook is $29.05.

SETTLEMENT (today 25 June 2012):

1ST BATCH OF DJIA LONGS:
PROFITS = (12550 - 12520) x 55 mini-contracts x $1 per point =  $1.65k

2ND BATCH OF DJIA LONGS:
PROFITS = (12540 - 12515) x 50 mini-contracts x $1 per point =  $1.25k

FACEBOOK LONGS:
PROFITS = (US$32.90 - US$30.10 AVG) x 10,000 shares =  US$28k
(Memo: after partial profits taken for Facebook, remaining holding averaged-down price for Facebook$29.05)

Peanut profits from DJIA longs, as it mushroomed to $31.5k within a week plus before down-turning out of my expectations to $2.9k profits. That sums up the volatility of the markets.
