Funds Flow Analysis (FFA): 20 November 2012, Tuesday, 4.05pm Singapore Time

Current Latest Computed Funds Flow Analysis (FFA):

20 November 2012, Tuesday, 4.05pm Singapore Time

Markets expected to remain bearish (except penny stocks) as already pre-warned back in September-October 2012 before things happen (leaving one plenty of time to get out and sideline in October 2012)

European markets have just opened, while US markets are 6.5 hours away from the Tuesday opening bell. Based on current latest computational results, Holdings index strength of Big Hands changed from -3.767 to -3.357 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index OscillatorBig Hands Calls holdings on hand changed from +4.890 to +4.115 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index Oscillator. However, based on my same calculations, as the Calls on hand are very cheap and Puts on hand expensive, this makes the options-warrants derivatives spent by Big Hands bearishly postured.

Posture by Big Hands Overall:

+ Nett is an Increase in Shorts Holdings despite pushing up for immediate-term technical rebound since yesterday.
+ Majority of Calls are still being held on (for protection against upside in the immediate/short-term) with some around 15% of Calls on hand profits taken.
+ Outlook in the mid-term bearish-biased and mid-term Shorts still stubbornly persist (with cheap Calls protection against immediate term rebound)
+ Stocks in the Board Markets (Big Caps, Mid-caps and Small caps) had been under Shorts-accumulation set-up in August-October 2012 period, as warned in September and October 2012

As per expected last Friday, indeed based on Sector Rotational Analysis, penny stocks were back in rotational play since yesterday. This was already foreseen last Friday and indeed executed since yesterday by the MARKET.

* Based on my funds flow, I warned ahead during August and September 2012 just before the tops are being formed, that the next major tops worldwide will occur in September and October 2012

Market Depth of 20 November 2012, 1.35pm:
Set to open at -16.7% PLUNGE

OLAM NEWS:
"Olam Plunges After Muddy Waters’ Carson Block in USA Questions Accounts
The supplier of 20 agricultural goods from cocoa to rubber halted its
shares from trading in Singapore today, after it fell 21 percent in
over-the-counter trading in New York yesterday, according to data compiled
by Bloomberg. The company is booking profits on transactions before it’s
clear how the deals will work out over time, Block said."

Based on my T.A, below were my CRITICAL WARNINGS on OLAM posted on 12-August-2012 and 26-August-2012:

Back in August, with 2 separate analyses, I warned that Olam Escape Wave had ended, its technical damage severe, intentional shorts were made by Big Hands and I illustrated in those analyses how Big Hands pulled up the price to escape, to distribute, to run, how and when they executed their shorts, as well as when they executed each and every of their respective individual operations. In particular, the analysis that I wrote in Chinese for the Chinese readers was very detailed. All with foresight of what was to happen.

Today, Olam is halted with market depth as above attached and set to open at -16.7% PLUNGE, breaking immediate critical support (not the end yet as my mid-term target of $0.90 projection has not been met yet).

USD Index: 19 November 2012, Monday, 8.45pm

Attached is the latest USD Index Chart. Since last year August, I have always been bullish of the USD despite all the US Quantitative Easings (QEs), Money Printings and the Doom Sayers' glooms about the US Dollar.

Remember, the herd majority are to make losses following logic. The more logic you have, the more you lose.
The financial markets are never easy.

In contrast to DONOVAN BULLISH RATING ON USD, Donovan Rating on Gold maintains SELL/SHORT/DUMP ON GOLD (the over-whelming majority of market participants see gold having almost zero probability of falling/correcting sharply).

The chart above illustrates all the LONG/BUY ENTRIES AS ABOVE. 80.50 within the LONG/BUY 4 is the optimal zone within the  LONG/BUY 4. Market does not necessarily give the optimal entry though.

Cut all USD longs if market breaks down BLUE Support Trendline.

Markets expected to remain bearish as already pre-warned back in September-October 2012 before things happen (leaving one plenty of time to get out and sideline in October 2012)

European markets have just opened and are into the first 10 minutes of trading, while US markets are 6.5 hours away from the Monday opening bell. Based on current latest computational results, Holdings index strength of Big Hands changed from -2.992 to -3.767 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index Oscillator. This re-piling up of shorts is despite pushing up the markets for a technical rebound all across Asia. Big Hands Calls holdings on hand changed from +3.901 to +4.890 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index Oscillator. However, based on my calculations, as the Calls on hand are very cheap, this makes the Calls protection negligible compared to overall holdings on hand of  -3.767 in strength.

Posture by Big Hands:

+ Increase in Shorts Holdings despite pushing up for technical rebound today.
+ Majority of Calls are still being held on (for protection against upside in the immediate/short-term).
+ Outlook in the mid-term still bearish-biased and Shorts stubbornly persist, with cheap Calls protection against immediate term rebound.
+ Stocks in the Board Markets (Big Caps, Mid-caps and Small caps) had been under Shorts-accumulation set-up in August-October 2012 period, as warned in September and October 2012

The Games of Bluffs and Whipsaws are getting exciting

Per expected, this broad-based sell-down caught many market participants/investors by surprise, and it is not at all a surprise per warned in my analyses. European markets are 35 minutes away from opening, while US markets are around 7 hours away from the Thursday opening bell. Based on current latest computational results, Holdings index strength of Big Hands changed from -1.685 to -1.179 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index OscillatorBig Hands Calls holdings on hand reduced from +4.373 to +4.090 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index Oscillator. + Decrease in Shorts again.
+ Majority of Calls are still being held on (for protection against upside in the immediate/short-term).
+ Outlook in the mid-term still bearish-biased but weakened.

Happy Deepavali 2012!
May the light of fire bring you good luck and happiness.

Public Holiday in Singapore.
No FFA will be done for today.

Side-note:
My Funds Flow Analyses already warned a month in advance of the severe selling (as per previous track records of the major turn-ups and turn-downs, and with track records unbroken and unparalleled). Have you taken the precautions as anticipated by my FFA and escaped unhurt from the financial markets? Current market movements worldwide are resumptions of mid-term down-wave, and not just your normal downwards correction (unless FFA shows a major change). Hence, any technical rebound is just short in duration and weak in magnitude.

The Games of Bluffs and Whipsaws are getting exciting

As per warned on the Shorting Set-up laid up by the Big Boys, major stocks have since plunged heavily worldwide; Hang Seng Index plunged around 900points in 3 days leaving no room for escape, while the US DJIA  has now delved to sub-13000 points. This nasty selling, however, was within expectation based on my Funds Flow Analyses, and the smart ones would had already gotten out before this plunge.

In addition, as per expected last Friday of immediate term rebounds in financial markets worldwide, it indeed came today (Monday). It will not last long.

European markets are less than 2 hours from opening, while US markets are around 8.5 hours away from the Monday opening bell (US Markets on holiday today). Based on current latest computational results, Holdings index strength of Big Hands changed from -1.359 to -3.309 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index OscillatorBig Hands Calls holdings on hand changed from +2.512 to +2.243 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index Oscillator.

Posture by Big Hands:

+ Increase in Shorts again after adding noise to the markets.
+ Calls are held (for protection against upside in the immediate/short-term)
+ Consolidation and possibly immediate term technical rebound before more selldown waves to resume
+ Outlook in the mid-term still bearish-biased.
+ Stocks in the Board Markets (Big Caps, Mid-caps and Small caps) had been under Shorts-accumulation set-up in August-October 2012 period, as warned in September and October 2012.

* Based on my funds flow, I warned ahead during August and September 2012 just before the tops are being formed, that the next major tops worldwide will occur in September and October 2012. It's all turned true now in retrospect.

As per warned on the Shorting Set-up laid up by the Big Boys, major stocks plunged heavily worldwide; Hang Seng Index plunged around 900points in 2-3 days, leaving no room for escape, while US DJIA plunged to sub-13000 points. Those who lost badly could had escaped without harm, if heeded my warnings, as this was within expectations per highlighted by the Donovan Funds Flow Analyses.

European markets have just rung the opening bell and are in their first minute of trading, while US markets are around 6.5 hours away from the Friday opening bell. Based on current latest computational results, Holdings index strength of Big Hands changed from -3.077 to -1.359 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index OscillatorBig Hands Calls holdings on hand changed from +0.815 to +2.512 on the Donovan Funds Flow Index Oscillator.

Posture by Big Hands:

+ Further Reduction in Shorts holdings
+ Single day sudden large increase in Calls, for protection against upside in the immediate-term
+ Consolidation and possibly immediate term shorts whipsaw posture now
+ Outlook in the mid-term still generally bearish-biased with expectation of immediate term rebounds.
+ Stocks in the Board Markets (Big Caps, Mid-caps and Small caps) had been under Shorts-accumulation set-up in August-October 2012 period, as warned in September and October 2012.
