Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) will execute a move that will create an historic all time new high in 2016. Target in the short-mid term is 19500-19750. This move by the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index will shake out all the shorts and slaughter many weak bears in the short-mid term.
